About Me,..yeah,..it's all about me!
Who am I? Well, I am a proud father of two boys (My rodents) aged 9 & 7 (2006) and married to my bride for 15 years now. I have worked in the newspaper industry for 17 years and I am working in my fourth newspaper (Fargo, ND; Billings, MT; Great Falls, MT; St. Paul, MN and now back in Fargo). I love to travel, eat, drink (lots!), hunt and fish as well without exception will try anything once (not drugs though). My goal is to visit each continent and fish/hunt in every country that I visit. Eating is big with me and I love to cook,..again, I'll try anything once. Here are some of my "Likes":
Favorite Foods:
Ribs - I make a mean rack and I ahve found it pretty tough to find any better. Even my friends and relatives that travel indicate that mine are pretty tough to beat.
Hamburger - thick cheese, spices and a couple slabs of bacon and onion on it.
Italian food - love it love it love it.
Gyros - Oh yeah,..a good gyro will do me anytime.
Olives and Cheeses- crawl out of your death bead for.
Beer Barons - Polish sausage from Great Falls, MT (actually served at Chi-Sox games),..best things in the world, I have had them shipped to me by the case,..now ordering 4-6 cases at a time, friends are now hooked.

BEER,..I fear no beer, but my favorites are Red Hook ESP, Samual Adams, Pryamid IPA, Black n' Tans (Guiness & Harp), Himmelberger Blonde,..I could go on.
Wine - Argentinian Malbecs, a good merlot, a good cab,..Oh yeah, Liberty School Cabernet,..good stuff.

yep, thats me,....all about travel, eating and drinking good and enjoying my friends and family. If you cannot tell, being a foodie, like my booze, in sales, I love to entertain and be with my freinds as well as make new freinds.
