I landed in Lima at 02 Am on my first trip to Peru. Immediately after, i went to pick up my bags and guess what?! No bag was waiting for me!!! Ohhhh what tha hell??? Lonely in South America with nothing more then a tshirt and a shorts??! Well, it has been good as I understood immediately how things goes in South America...
Lima is amazing!
Well, this is what you must definitely not missed in Lima. It looks a bit too Spain, but when you go trough it and start smell it, you feel the difference and you smell the tipical south america style!
...It could be an idea...
All the books tells that you have to take care to take a pic, moreover with military and so on...I did not have any problem, indeed...they were asking for a pic...

peru seems a beautiful place, but so scary at the same time
I was robbed in Amsterdam. I understand how you felt when you were robbed. You have some really beautiful pictures on your page.
It's strange but first day in some cool countries I visited was the worst one. Hmm... with no luggage and stolen pocket it was no nice start but later on it went better and better, right?
