    • Since I'm mostly only backpacking, I'm gonna advise this link, especially if you're staying in hostels. There are hostels all along the coast, but if you're staying in Zagreb, you can only choose between two [check my Zagreb Accommodation tip too. ;)] The prices tend to be quite high, especially during the season, but it's definitely cheaper then getting an apartment. Maybe the best way is looking for private accommodation, but summers in Croatia can get quite busy...
