A Little Kennedy, A Little Jersey. A LOT of kids.

Cape May, Last stop before Delaware!

When kids get in your pics, use em.
My sister decided to marry a guy whose family has always summered in Cape May. This led to a destination wedding at Congress Hall.

So, instead of spending my precious vacation days in Tahiti, I headed east to New Jersey. Yee haw!

We rented a gorgeous Victorian for the week, and I had Champagne shipped in. Good thing, as it rained most of the week and the bubbly was the only thing that kept our spirits up.

Still, the foul weather gave us plenty of time to explore the town, vs. hunkering down on the beach.

Stunning Seascapes

Being a New Englander by birth, I found solace in Cape May. It was a little bit like being home, except with less lobster.

And warmer water.

But, I gotta tell ya: The KIDs! Oh Bejesus...there are so many kids in Cape May that I wasn't sure if I was summering in Jersey or Disneyland. Literally, all I could hear morning and night was whiny little brats.

Let's be honest: parents aren't exactly disciplinarians, these days. And it shows.

It was bad, people. I'm going to have to create a "Warning & Dangers" tip concerning the swarming, screaming, sand kicking little beasts.

Pros:"Architecture, Beaches, Dolphins!"
Cons:"Lousy food, Getting there, and too many f*ckin kids!"
In A Nutshell:"People, stop having children."
