Welcome Budapest is our home town and it's still my personal favorite city .. okay beside Edinburgh. If you browse the tips (UNDER CONSTRUCTION), you'll find more about Bp. If you read on, you'll find InterRail infos. |
Well, we departed on 8 August 2003 morning 8am by the fast train to Rajka We were very excited about the trip, though we just couldn't believe we were due to start. |
Tips to start IR trips The Inter Rail ticket is NEVER valid for your home country, although it gives 50% discount for the journey to the country border. But this 50% is also very expensive because you have to pay international fees, while if you take a domestic train to the border, you have to pay only for the domestic ticket. That's really much cheaper, especially if you live in Eastern Europe. |
