I've gone across the US a number of times now--most of those times have been before VT, meaning I didn't take nearly as many pictures as I should have, but I tried to make up for it this time around.

It's really hard to build a page on the whole US--it's hard enough for me to try to build a general Pennsylvania page and I'm sure, as time passes, this page will get out of hand. For right now, just to get it started, it's pretty much going to be about things I experienced during this past road trip.

There really isn't one part of the US I can say I dislike. I love it all...I love how, in one days drive, you can go from the simplicity and freedom of the great plains, to the breathtaking views of mountains. Or from the silence of the desert to the echoing waters in the canyons. I even love large urban areas, some more than others, of course, but regardless, I appreciate the soul of most cities.
All together, I love the variety of landscapes--both cultural and physical that make up the United States.
