Inn at Blackberry Creek: B&B near Pioneer Park Inn at Blackberry Creek Review

The Inn at Blackberry Creek is a farmhouse built in 1906 on a very large lot that is partially natural and partially landscaped. The location is perfect - very close to the beautiful Pioneer Park, and if you like long walks, within walking distance of downtown.

The hosts are very unobtrusive and give you a lot of privacy. You only see them or the staff occasionally during the day, and they are not onsite at night. If you are the type who likes to have constant attention from hosts, chat with them all day long, and build relationships with them, this is not the place for you. On the other hand, if you like your privacy and comfortable accommodations, yet at the same time enjoy a place that comes equipped with many touches to suit your needs, this IS the place for you.

Unique Qualities: Some major pluses - comfortable king sized bed, down pillows, quiet AC that worked perfectly, quiet neighborhood, hot water that never ran out, good water pressure in shower, exceptionally clean and well maintained house and grounds, delicious homemade cookies daily, full (not continental) breakfasts, good coffee (and always available, along with tea), no charge for use of bicycles (which was a huge plus, because bicycle rentals in Walla Walla, for all of its well laid out bicycle paths, are hard to come by) and a well trained resident kitty cat, who never ventured inside, but slept on our car.
