Go Giants! SBC Park / SF Giants Review

If you are here during baseball season, you must go to a Giants Game at AT&T Park, (formerly SBC Park and before that, PacBell Park. The name changes so often, we just now call it "The "Ballpark"). Doesn't matter if you are not a Giants fan or even a baseball fan. Simply going to The Ballpark is an experience.

Equipment: Rather than buying a ticket, some people prefer to sail their boat McCovey Cove, in the foreground of this picture and watch the game on TV on their boat. Why? Because this is the most likely place Barry Bonds, a lefty, will hit a homerun. This Cove is just beyond right outfield.

Go Ape Participation Review

This odd looking building was one of San Francisco's authentic original movie houses. Instead of being torn down when the large movie theatre chains grabbed all the business, this one was renovated and recently reopened as Gorilla Sports, a fitness club.

Equipment: This club features sessions like Kwando and kick-boxing.

Sail away! Boating / Sailing Review

Sailing is a huge sport in San Francisco. We have all kinds of races and regattas. It's February now, too early for sailing season, so most of the boats are moored in the marina, awaiting the start of the season.
