Safety: Picking a fight

Having heard and seen enough about the Chinaman's potential aggressiveness, I have resolved to giving way whenever possible. i have seen scars of fights, potential fights breaking out (fighting over a seat in the subway, dealing with a caught pickpocket in town and over haggling at shops) to conclude that the aggression level here is higher. Indeed, if you learn from the locals, that challenging another to fight (esp those from the north) needs some technique. here, i have included a scene i took of a fight breaking out between cab drivers. what a jam!

I remember the no flush outhouses in rural America. These evolved into the portable potties at events and construction sites. Often there are stories of trying to use the over flowing pot & we sit on it. City people had chamber pots. | mke1963 Sat Nov 20, 2004 13:53 UTC
