Went up to Manchester to see this girl ( name omitted to avoid embarresment , as she was a bit out of my league ) was left there for an afternoon while she observed an English teacher traumatising a Japanese student.
Growing up in south west France and the south coast of England you hear a lot of stories about it being grim up north but i found it just as flashy and vacant as the West End.
