  • The first thing that I saw on the way from the airport was cactus. I remember how I told Pierre: ‘wow baby look cactus!!!’
He was laughing and teasing me since I would have to see a lot of cactus around. Hmm and really malta is full of cactus!

Honey ring is a traditional sweet produced mainly from honey, dates and pastry.

    Local Customs: Kinnie:D

  • Kinnie is a unique tasting, alcohol-free, natural, refreshing beverage. Its golden amber colour, and the fact that it is made from bitter oranges and a variety of aromatic herbs, lend this beverage a bitter taste which is an excellent thirst quencher. This drink is ideal on its own, particularly with a slice of orange.
    But I didnt like it....

  • This is not a typical maltese salad, but it is a typical maltese sausage. Pierre adores it although its very salty and its not good for him:D

Wow. Malta seems like an amazing place. Do you have a cacti garden? That would be cool if your climat can handle it... but I bet it would be difficult to weed - haha!
