Nightlife Spot: The Abbey
Extensive wine and beer list in a very cozy atmosphere.
Televisions with Sports on all the time, along with sports memorabilia. This is not your typical sports bar, this place is very charming. The Abbey is similar to a brown bar you would find in Belgium. The wood burning pizza oven gives this place lots of atmosphere and charm. Can get very busy with young professionals on Friday and Saturday nights. The food is surprisingly good, unlike other bars in Seal Beach. The seared ahi tuna, the southwest salad, and their pizzas are all very good. They serve lunch as well, but the Abby is best at night. Very festively decorated at Christmas time.

Theme: Eating and Drinking
Dress Code: Casual and relaxed dress. Though this is a bar, it does not have a sleezy pick up feel at all. Couples as well as families would feel comforatable here. The bartenders are always friendly and polite, along with the staff.
