So much to do and see, I really love this city! I just spent 48 hours in San Francisco, and fortunately you can see a lot in just 2 short days.
The BART system is incredible, plus a great bus system, taxis, and the cable cars. As you can see by the photo above I had absolutely perfect weather. It can get chilly at night, so come prepared. Some of my must see tips came from past visits. I was able to see about 6 points of interest in two days. If you plan ahead you can see a lot because attractions are typcially very close together and within walking distance of each other. |

Fabulous Architecture Everywhere San Francisco is famous for Victorian houses, but there are plenty of other styles to see in the city. Art Deco, mission, spanish and period revival to name a few. Pacific Heghts is a must if you want to check out some fabulous Victorian row houses. The revival mansions around the Palace of Fine Arts are equally impressive. | | | Victorians in Pacific Heights |
