The only reasons I've ever had for going to Klaukkala have been to take my girlfriend to a doctor, and to go snowtubing. I've put a snowtubing tip in the dangers section, you'll see why if you take a look!
This place is really quite pretty on passing through, it has great bus connections and lots of shops and restaurants. |

|  | Shnowchoobing If you go snow tubing (again, see the danger tip!) don't be the first to go down a newly ploughed slope- I was with a bunch of Russians that they sent down a really long, twisting slope one after the other (practically no gap in between).
On the soft snow it's easy to hit a lump or for the tube to dig in at the edge and send you flying head first! |
