The Marborough region is a region of contrasts. One side is bordered by the Richmond Ranges, the other by the azure sea. From the coast near Blenheim you can see the southern tip of the North Island, you can visit Picton and take a ferry to the north island, you can go on a wine tour through the many wineries and vineyards or you can boat/kayak or walk the scenic Marlborough Sounds. |
