Like Virginia City and Nevada City in Montana, Jerome is a ghost town that was once a booming center of culture and mining. While we only did a drive-through on our way to nearby Sedona, the houses perched tentatively on the side of the mountain were a great image. Now, it's a tourist destination as well as a strong community of artists. |
