|  | the Plaka on a Rainy Day We had just two days, so we did all the typical tourist things in Athens. And, we absolutely loved the city. I know that I will return someday soon. We took the train from Piraeus, watched the changing of the guard, visiting the National Garden, shopped Ermou and the Plaka, ate gyros in the rain and gelato in the sunshine. |
Columns During our second day, we visited the ancient sites, walking from the Ancient Agora to Mars Hill to the Acropolis to see the city from those amazing sites. We returned to the shopping district before dancing the night away. | | |
