I live less than 2 hours from Central London, so it's an easy weekend away for me. I tend to go up for a couple of nights every couple of months, and I always see or find something new each time.

It was in a great location. Room was large and clean. It was walking distance, 15-20 minutes, from Thames, Parliament, theater where Wicked played. Alberts Pub is a short walk to great food.

Hmm, I suddenly feel guilty. It's about time I braved Tussauds with the children - although the last time I strolled past, the enormous queue was a tourist spectacle in it's own right. Best to visit on a miserable day in Winter methinks!
So you enjoyed the Chutney Mary experience? Now when you come to India, experience all the delicious food for more than a week in the 200 GBP you spent there!!! London's my favourite city in the UK!! I just keep coming back every year!!!
