Brussels Travel Guide: 5,564 reviews and 11,821 photos
A few people told me that Brussels was not really worth visiting. "Dull" "nothing to see" "not much to it" they said. Having visited there myself now twice in two months, I could not disagree more!
All I can say to you is GIVE BRUSSELS A CHANCE!
Wander around the streets and enjoy the attractive architecture. Visit the galleries and museums that abound and be amazed at the heritage of this lovely country. Shop until you drop and make sure you check out the leather stores for great deals on jackets and coats. Eat at the restaurants and enjoy the excellent cuisine to be found, both traditional and novel. Taste some lambics and beers in a cosy bar and then buy some frites from a street stall and enjoy the warmth and culture of this lovely city.
You too will become a Brussels convert, like me!
