I am now the very proud husband of a wonderful Gambian woman called Anna, both becoming partners on 31st May in a civil ceremony in Banjul, followed by an incredible celebration with family and friends at the family compound in Serrekunda. I will be posting more photos soon, along with some travel pages on The Gambia. |
|  | Visiting the Mendy compound in London Corner The wedding party walked from Anna's house to the Mendy compound to pay our respects to Anna's cousins and family members in the compound, where Anna went to each family member for her blessing and introduced me. After this we returned to Anna's home and the celebrations really started! |
