Sit and ponder all that you are grateful for. We are more blessed than we can imagine, and we need to be humbled now and then by counting just how many ways that is.
I'm grateful for the opportunity to shoot another gorgeous sunset from a new place! This was taken in Tucson, AZ on Friday, 28-JAN-05.

Greetings, traveler. Stay and Home for me is Grand Rapids, Michigan. The Governor of the State of Michigan, Jennifer Granholm, currently has a campaign to promote Michigan titled "Cool Cities." The program's focus is to help stem the outflow of younger workers to other markets.
Well, I think Grand Rapids is pretty cool. There's so much to do, and it is a comfortable place to live. Anyway, your comments are the lifeblood of VT, and I appreciate the advice you give. Always have fun, as I will strive to do while I continue to update the pages....

Many VT-er's offer thoughtful prose, favorite passages, and etc. Disappointingly, I don't read great works like I should, so I offer up to you something I find humorous instead.
You see, I like much of Pete Yorn's album Musicforthemorningafter, but I'm the reason websites like Kissthisguy are so successful. I don't listen to the lyrics as much as I appreciate the mood of the music, how it makes me feel. This album was great listening, and intoned in me a sadness that was accompanied by great hope.
HA HA HA! Imagine my surprise when I finally truly listened to what Pete the Prophet was saying on some of those songs:

RUN AWAY! It's kindergarten graduation night! A glorious evening, albeit a bit warm. This event took place at Hager park in Jenison, MI. I get the feeling that she's not too pleased with her classmate for some reason, what do you think? |
The Newest Addition Triumph came home to live with us on 29-NOV-03. He's now just over a year old.
Here's an updated picture from 18-DEC-04. Luckily, the elections are over as some might find this a politically offensive promotion for a particular candidate.
