Quiet and attractive little fishing village.

Of course the little town of Harrington is very special to us, because the grandfather of Relinde lives here.

It's a quiet and attractive little fishing village and resort town at the mouth of the Manning River.

Mid North Coast

Harrington is part of the Mid North Coast of New South Wales is one of Australia's best getaway locations. It provides hundreds of kilometres of sandy beaches, picturesque lakes and waterways, beautiful mountain ranges and hinterland.

Haven't been to Harrington for years, but has always been on must return list as we love fishing, and last time we caught heaps, lots of Leatherjackets.

A very good page! I hope to stop there for a cold glass of Tooheys and to see and learn playing the pokees. The dunes and Crowdy Bay National Park sound interesting as well.

Driving over the Pacific Highway I only spotted the sign wihich said Harrington, but never intended to leave the highway for such a place. I geuss that I have missed out on something here. Better luck next time!

An accurate update for Harrington Jereon. Do you think you'll get back this way, then I can show you guys the other end of Crowdy Bay N.P. - Diamond Head (see my Nth Haven off the beaten path tip). Cheers mate!
