Sibiu was founded almost 1000 years ago. In the 16th century came a large migration of Germans, who gave the city its unique architecture.
The old city is very extensive, and on two levels. Given how impressive this city is, there are not many tourists.
There are several impressive churches and museums in Sibiu, as well as a fun walking street.
Prices are low, as in all of Romania. |
