Me and my friend Emil went for this town thinking that this is a very small town. To our surprise this is a big town (has all the major car show rooms, a discothae...etc). When we went there were lot of boat practice session was going on the Nan river. The boat race is actually scheduled for Nov 6-7/ 2004. Usually during Oct/ Nov there will be big long boat race festival in Nan every year....we missed!!!

Not much...just Thai Music + drink + dance (no..there is no much space for danceing). Its a very small place...its ok!!... more travel advice
