"Oasis by the Sea" Todos Santos by merlo4u

I enjoyed Todos Santos so much that I bought a lot and am prepareing to start my house. I am a designer-builder and know a good investment oppurtunity when I see one. I went during Thanksgiving and was told there were a lot of people in town. Most of the time I went to the beach I could not see another person for ( no kidding ) MILES in either direction (see picture). The water was perfect and surfing good and basicly deserted. I stayed at Casa la Sirena, a rental house that was perfect and to me inexpensive where I hosted a thanksgiving meal for 12 of my new local Gringo friends. Extremely friendly gringos and natives.

• Pros:Friendly people, deserted beaches, 1 hour to Cabo craziness,good restaurants and nite life.Only 24hr drive for me or cheap (340$) direct flight.
• Cons:Maybe too many Gringos for some but I liked their sense of community. Rental cars are expensive.
• In a nutshell:Move over Hawaii.Baja coming thru
