Vatican City, where everything is heavenly

by IIGUANA - last update: Feb 14, 2005

Saint Peter's across the Tevere
Vatican City, one of the smallest states in the world, where the heart of the Christian Church is held, and where everything is about God and about religion. A museum itself, the city has many things to offer, from the huge Saint Peter's Basilica to the amazing Sistine Chapel.

In A Nutshell:"A man-made city for God."

The Vatican is spectacular but the cheap prices for soccer shirts at the tourist booths on the streets nearby are incredible too. 5 euros for an Azzuri shirt--que milagro.
