"Chonchi, no church for the moment" Chonchi by IIGUANA

Chonchi Travel Guide: 1 reviews and 1 photos

Chonchi means "slippery land" and it is located 16 miles south of Castro, its access open by land or sea through the Lemuy Canal. Because of its geographical shape it is known as the "three-story city", connected by a street, which is the edge that gives its structure to the whole town.
Although I didn't look too much, I took some pictures of the bay, like the one above
One other thing, this is the only town that doesn't have a church AT THE TIME. I mean, it does have a church, but last year, on a storm, the tower fell off and it's destroyed. It's being repaired now.
