This restaurant-pub is simply great. It has that Buenos Aires feeling, but made international. It's like being at the "Friends" coffee shop, but with great food, good drinks and (sometimes) prettier people. It's not very touristic, but it's really worth the visit.

Favorite Dish: I had a steak with salads. Great. There's also the daily menu, which sounds quite incredible. Do try the pate, which is quite tasty.

Restaurant Name: La Madeleine

This is not a fast food restaurant. It can be described as a coffee shop, but with a lot more in the menu. The best thing of all is that it's open 24 hours a day, and the food is simply great.

Favorite Dish: I had a pizza. And it was amazing. Do try the pastry too, and maybe those sandwiches only these guys know how to do. Maybe I was starving, but then again, why was this place so packed at 1am? I don't think that it's because I was hungry, but it simply because the food is great!!!
Oh, and one more thing: they've got delivery!!!

Restaurant Name: Olssen

Olssen is one of Buenos Aires' top of the list restaurants. The food is simply amazing, the service is outstanding and the restaurant itself is enjoyable: the perfect lights, not a lot of tables, and a good terrace, which is quite enjoyable during warm night.
One thing: d.o make a reservation otherwise you won't get a table.

Favorite Dish: I had a steak with mashed potatoes and vegetables. Now, it's not just the kind of food you'd eat at your house. It has that perfect cooking, with the right spices and some flavors I didn't quite recognize, but the dish was perfect. Do try the seafood as well, or maybe the poultry.

Restaurant Name: Casa Cruz

As soon as you cross the huge golden doors and open the velvet drapes of this restaurant, you'll become aware that decoration, lights and good taste makes 50% of a good experience at a restaurant. I mean, this place is simply amazing. From the huge flower pots, to the red velvet seats, to the bar itself, Casa Cruz is just great to look at. The perfection of everything, the right lights, and even the perfect simmetry of the bathroom soaps, gets into you inmediately. So, if you're in the mood to some good eating or maybe a drink with friends, Casa Cruz is the place.

Favorite Dish: I didn't have anything to eat. It was one of the many places where I went with some friends to have a drink before dancing. The menu seemed OK, and the people eating around me had that what-a-good-food-I'm-eating kind of look. So I guess the food is great.

Restaurant Name: Puerto Madero

Puerto Madero is not a restaurant. It's a compilation of restaurants next to the Rio de la Plata. It extends maybe for a kilometre, and there you can find all kinds of food, from international restaurants, to pizza places. It's very touristic and it's always packed with people. So, if you don't know what to eat, maybe taking a stroll trhough Puerto Madero will make up your mind.

I'm an ice cream addict. I've got to say it. I've tried ice creams around the globe, and next to Rome's amazing flavors, Buenos Aires's Freddo are amongst the best. And if I'm telling you this, believe me. I'm to ice creams what sommeliers are to wine.

Favorite Dish: Do try the chocolate with dulce de leche ice cream. Or the strawberry sorbet. Oh man, they're all great!!!
