Welcome to the Sunny Islands - MALTA, GOZO & COMINO
Malta & its Islands are found in the south of Europe, almost in the middle of the Meditterranean Sea, few kilometers south of Sicily. The Maltese Archipelago is made of 3 main Islands of Malta, Gozo and Comino. Malta the biggest of the three Islands, covers an area of 316sq kilometers and has 196.8 kilometers of coastline. We have a Meditteranean climate, with mild rainy Winters and hot, dry Summers. The population is of circa 400,420. We are so proud of having our own language - Maltese, despite of being very small, almost everyone speaks English as a second language and many Maltese speaks very well other languages such as Italian, German and French. 98% of the population are Roman Catholics. Malta like any other European Country is full of culture and architecture, also rich in foreign footprints due to the several foreign occupations, until the 1964 of course, our Independence Day.
So proud to say that Malta has always been a good meeting place for travellers from all over the world.
