Favorite Thing: Oh what a lovely memory I have of Piazza Navona by night ! I remember as I was walking, heading to Piazza Navona, I was overwhelmed by the beautiful fountains, the sparkling lights, the splashes of water, the artists, the singers, the cafeterias, the ice cream shops... I dream of Rome and I can see Piazza Navona !
Fondest Memory: I guess apart from the Trevi Fountain, Piazza Navona, must hold my fondest memories of Rome!

Favorite Thing: Definetely The Trevi Fountain is a must while in Rome. I think of the Trevi Fountain and I have no words to describe the place, the feelings, the atmosphere. I can never figure out exactly how to explain what I felt that day when I was finally there, infront of the Trevi Fountain ! Every tourist seemed to have been excited like me: smiles, laughter, pictures... felt as though happiness was in the air! I definetely threw a coin in the fountain so that I secure my return to the eternal city ;)
Fondest Memory: Always wanted to be there, near the Trevi fountain, tossing a coin, taking a picture, but had never imagined it would be so nice....

I agree with only one part of the above, "The food is expensive". My lasagne was cold and tasted like it was a frozen meal, my girlfriends pasta was also dry. The vegetables were around £5 a plate and were dry as a bone! Not recommended. | maltese24 Mon May 15, 2006 11:54 UTC
