In my opinion, there are two groups of people that I consider family. Of course my immediate family, and my extended family. This is a photo of my family in Serbia.
I can not say enough kind words about both...
That being said, there is not a thing I would not do for family... and family would not do for me.
I am still waiting for them to visit me here in New York.
If you ever have the good fortune of meeting such people, consider yourself a lucky person indeed.

Absolutely no agenda for the day. Except for going to Mercator and buying supplies for making "Pasta ala Carbonara". What a feast!!!
I can still smell the Kobasica cooking on other mornings... You will never taste such a meal... and the Kajmak (good, old (aged) Kajmak) is not possible here in the US.
I know there are people I missed from Zemun on this one... Zoki and Ivan... and others. You appear on other pages... and don't think that I have forgotten anyone else!!! Including Miro and family (Vozdevac). Dragan and Goca... When I get my analogue (HI-8... I had brief success) camera patched into things... you'll all be on some page.
Not a day goes by that I do not talk about... or at the least think about these times. |
