I love to travel to new places and make new discoveries. I generally search for places with strong natural or historical significance, and enjoy nearly any adventure...from the great outdoors to big cities.

My favorite big adventures have been:

* Death Valley, California (check out my Death Valley page)
* Arizona (awesome 9 day road trip...page coming soon, I hope!)
* Zion National Park (sorry - no pics for this one...this was before I went digital)
* Snorkeling in the Florida Keys

Trips I dream about are:

* southern Utah hiking trip
* Pacific Coast Highway road trip
* Yosemite National Park
* Yellowstone National Park
* Exploring the back country in Death Valley with a 4 wheel drive vehicle
* European capitals / rail trip

About Me: On the road

I am a business consultant, and travel nearly every week for work. When I'm on the road, I try to search for evening adventures in the outdoors. I've hiked in Boulder, Colorado, had dinner on the beach in New Jersey, saw the most amazing sunset in Tampa, Florida, and explored national parks such as Santa Monica Mountains and Rocky Mountain. I have a doting husband and a teenage daughter. At home, I like to garden, spend time with my dog, and surf the internet. I also enjoy the occasional movie. My favorite music is contemporary christian.
