THIS is one place I've always wanted to go. Yes, some of it had to do with Lord of the Rings, but there were other reasons too. Part of the lure was the challenge of traveling half way around the world. And reading other peoples experiences as well as meeting people from NZ also made me curious. Whatever the reason, this past year I have saved all my money and holiday time for the trip. Was it worth it? More than I ever could have imagined..
New Zealand is one of the MOST BEAUTIFUL places I have ever been. The landscape is absolutely breathtaking and the people are refreshingly down-to-earth. It has become my favorite place in the world and I am looking forward to returning soon. |
