Here we are at the Asheboro Zoo 22nd of April. We decided to take a day trip out here and wile away the time. Hadn't been out here in years, so some changes had been made to the place. After a walk around the Africa exhibits, a not so tasty lunch but all right nonetheless, and some careful debating, we decided we'd seen enough. Soon to come are travelogues and tips with all of our opinions of this, the largest zoo as far as acreage in the US. Stay tuned.

Pros and Cons
  • Pros:Exotic animals
  • Cons:Lots of loud children scaring the exotic animals away...
  • In a nutshell:One of the only things to do in Asheboro is the zoo but that's enough
