Starting in the late 60's and the early 70's, I was part of the first wave of backpackers to do Europe, North Africa, and The Middle East.

I have since been on every continent except Antartica...[because I felt...once you climbed one glacier, it was pretty much the same all over!]

I've traveled and worked in the So. Pacific, as well as throughout Austral Asia....with amazing jobs along the way.

Such as: being a reporter in Am. Samoa, covering the splashdown of Apollo 17, [the last astronauts to walk on the moon], to being a drummer at night at "The Bamboo Room...the hot spot in the heart of Pago Pago!"

I've worked as a "token Yank" in New Zealand, at Festival, [now called Mushroom], Records...
to being a cook on a 70 ft World class cruising ketch.

I truly am an old hippie...and if you ever wanted to know what it was like back then...I'd pretty much have to tell you... "I just don't know?"...for as the saying goes...

"If you can remember the 60's...You wern't really there"!!!!!
