--In short, excellent hotel, enourmous buffet, very safe, great location to walk to Florida Mall.
--Stayed in room 512. Very clean, nice lobby, I cannot really fault this hotel. Shower was excellent.
--Cab ride from hotel to Recoletta cemetary/restraunts was approx $8 pesos. (US$2-3)

Unique Qualities: The buffet breakfast has to be commended. Cereals, fruits, eggs, sausage, juices, flan, croissant, donuts, brownies...the lot.
Got a deal on expedia for US$90 a night and in any american city you would pay over US$150 for this kind of place.
I liked the fact it had no pool/gym (that i know of) so I didn't pay for services I didnt use.
They have a business center which is just 2 pc's. Depending on time of day it can be busy. But it has free internet which is good.
I think the looby has free wifi so if you have a laptop with wireless you can get a login from reception and surf the net for free there whilst having coffee.
