Sanu is a greeting in Hausa (one of Nigeria's many dialects)...
I lived here when I was only eight years old, but I do remember the breathtaking landscapes, the mountains and hills plus really cool rock formations. The picture above was the view from a hill next to our house in Mayo Ine, Ngurore in what is now Adamawa State, Yola,Nigeria. (Thanks Dad for taking this shot and saving it for memories. ) I was extremely fortunate to have experienced life here at such a young age but I wish I remembered more. Hope one day I will visit here again ...

    Oh, memories of our younger days. Some of my childhood pics were eaten by termites. Yikes! My cousin now works in Nigeria.

    Thanks for visiting my DC pages, it's not finished yet though. I'd wear the Hope Diamond, and all the other gigantic gems on display in the museum. Wow! My eyes popped when I saw them

    diplomat ba si ama at napunta kayo sa nigeria? wow, kainggit naman! 600 to 700 dollars jal..pero since nasa tate ka, diba dumadaan muna ng japan bago dating sa pinas?? so siguro pwede ka na magsidetrip muna bago punta pinas...
