El Paso del Norte

El Paso, Texas sits at the foot of the Franklin mountains right across the border from Cd. Juarez Chihuahua. I found El Paso to be a bit conservative, at least compared to Albuquerque. It is Texas after all. Downtown El Paso sits right at the border across from Juarez.
