When I told Brits I was living and working in Wycombe, I generally received a look of utter pity ... Not quite London, not quite rural, it is a typical middle-of-the-road British town - complete with innocuous 'high street' chain stores, a dozen or so pubs and a dodgy bus station. However, after being based there a year I grew to love Amersham Hill, the old graveyard and even some aspects of the nightlife in this Bucks. town.
- Pros:Near London, Den's kebab van, charity shops, Noodle Bar, t-shirt, market.
- Cons:Hussain's kebab van, lack of pumpkins (like everywhere else in the UK!), Finn McCouls, shootings, no tube station (nearest is Amersham)..
- In a nutshell:Middle of the Road
