"The Big Sky State!" Montana by KazigluBey

Montana Travel Guide: 1,436 reviews and 3,213 photos

Montana is a big state and hard to describe in a few words.

Montana is far north and it's long northern border is with Canada.

The eastern parts are a great plains area, while the western half is very rugged and mountainous.

Although, most of the population, which is not many, seem to live in the western half, I think the western half is very preferable to the eastern.

There are no cities to speak of in Montana.

One of the great things in the Northwest is all the National Forests and Parks!

Glacier National Park is one of the most beautiful places I have ever seen!

Glacier Park is only open in the summer, as they get about a million feet of snow there!

Pros and Cons
