My home, Phoenix, is the fouth largest city in the United States, (according to the latest post 2000 census information) and is located in the Sonoran desert of the extreme southwest of the United States.

Phoenix is the Capital of the Republic of Arizona, a feircely independant state rich in Spanish - American tradition.

Our state motto is "Ditat Deus" which means God Enrichs, and has remained unchanged since it was first created in 1864.

Southern Arizona, where Phoenix is located, is also home to the "Old Men of the Desert", the Saguaro cacti, which are found no where else in the world, at least not like they are here!

Phoenix is also home to the Arizona Diamondbacks, winners of the 2001 World Series of baseball, and named after a poisionous snake found locally.

Merry Christmas KazigluBey ! Sveti Nikola is some kind of Santa K. in my country. The Christmas in Serbia is on 7th of January without Santa K. It is not part of our tradition.

Nice jeep ,keep drinking the Slivo but wait till you try Hazi Palinka it'll burn yer beard off. Interesting photo's too it's a bit wet for deserts here.
