It has reasonalbe facilities and as you head into the peninsular itself its quite beautiful. Generally people live here and work in Tokyo. Its worth considering using it as abase to knock down the price of you Tokyo visit.
- Pros:Its cheaper than Tokyo to live, less English is spoken so you must use Nihongo, its got a variation of landscape including surf and the pacific ocean

careful with the ni-hon go bud. Its, "totemo oishii tabemono kudasai" however, that is rather silly sounding. Try, 'O-makase". , "I leave it up to the chef" To say, "give me delicious food" would seem to be an insult to the chef wouldn't it?
Very helpful info. Keep up the good work.
