I was able to visit Paris for 5 days this Christmas and it was so Wonderful! There was no snow which was weird for me since every other year at this time I have been in Canada, but it was so great. Our hotel (in the Bastille area) was super. Very nice staff.... and yummy breakfast. The most amazing Holiday related thing we saw was the Channukkah Party right down the street from our Hotel. A big Menorah with a bunch of Men and Women dancing and singing around it. We even joined in a little and did our own dance. It was a truly moving expersience to see people who live in a different hemisphere and speak a different language still share the same spiritual beliefs as us. Paris was Wonderful. |
