Beach Lovers!.... Icmeler beach Review

Marmaris is nice but unfortunately is not the best beach... If you like to spend more time on the beach I recommend to go Icmeler Beach. Its very easy just pick the Orange MiniBus (Dolmush) till the last stop where is exactly where the beautiful Beach starts!... Its also nice to walk around icmeler which is smaller than Marmaris. On the way back you can pick Dolmush for coming back to Marmaris.

The Castle Castle Review

The Castle museum 412 1459 (Open-Tues–Sun 8am–noon & 13–17.30pm; approx €1) has a worthwhile archeology and ethnography collection.

"Thought to have been constructed by the Ionians, this small castle on the hill was repaired during the time of Alexander the Great. It was widened and repaired again by Suleyman the Magnificent 1522, during which time his 200,000 troops attacked and seized the island of Rhodes.

The castle opened as a museum in 1991, after restorations that took ten years. It has seven galleries, and has a collection of archaeological, historical, ethnographic and nautical exhibits. The views of the city are wonderful, with a wonderful panorama day and night."

Directions: Go to the Centrum of Marmaris. Walk through the shoreline.. and Marina... you will see the castle on the hill above the restaurants and houses.

Hisaronu Dislice Island

Dislice Island one of the coolest stops of Hisaronu aka Aegean Paradise Tour.... Looks like a volcanic Island and the sea is so clear.. its one of the best stops, actually my favorite of this trip. One of best trips of Marmaris & Around... ;)
