Take a drive up the West Coast for some reak Cape hospitality. The best time to do this is in Spring when the wild flowers are in bloom. Visit the West Coast National Park and the fossil park near Langebaan. Don't forget to pop into places such as Yserfontein and Paternoster ( The Voorstrand Restaurant has an excellent menu)

The Table Mountain Cableway is offering a 50% reduction in fares after 6pm. Views of the city at this time of day can be rather awesome. Take along a picnic basket and a good bottle of vino and enjoy one of the most beautiful sunsets you'll ever see!
