Looks like we're in for some serious business

A relatively new and innovative addition is "Nederburg's Incredible Journey of Tastes.
At first I thought it was going to be just another wine tasting but renowned food pairing specialist Katinka van Niekerk had other ideas.
She took us on a mind blowing journey of discovery, proving how paring a dish with the correct wine can make or destroy your opinion of the wine.
A word of warning - they keep topping up the glasses and ther's no spitting! ( not that we minded ;-))
