"Downtown Pittsburgh" Pittsburgh by Travmad
Pittsburgh Travel Guide: 750 reviews and 1,888 photos
I live about an hour and a half drive from Pittsburgh and surprising enough I don't go there all that often. But I highly recommend it the people are friendly and the downtown can be walked easy enough. Have a look at the pics we took over the weekend trip.
- Pros:Tucked away places, vibrant, friendly
- Cons:Sometimes hard to find your way around.
- In a nutshell:Not what you might think. Very livable.

Primanti's is a Pittsburgh original! Locals love it... what, are you from Cleveland!?!? Just kidding... Joe
Sounds wonderful! My husband will be joining the Air Reserve Unit there in Pittsburgh so we be spending one weekend a month in Pittsburgh. This sounds like a place we will have to check out!
Beer and more beer -- my kind of tips! Pittsburgh is indeed a great hockey town. I hope Boston gets a pro hockey team someday...
Pittsburgh is one of my favorite American cities - loved the Strip, especially on Saturdays!
Beer and Hockey! What a town. Toss in some strippers and I am there.
Primanti sandwiches are just absolutely delicious. One of the the many points of Pittsburgh that I personally love.
