Ah, my old hood. Looks like you had a nice visit to the old Capitol. So many museums so little time.
The beer is available at the Birreria Paradiso in Georgetown (the basement of Pizzeria Paradiso). The menu says it's a limited batch. You might want to try the Achouffe or Brooklyn websites for details on where to get it.
