Restaurant Name: Geylang Serai
We found Geylang Serai thanks to the folks at www.the-inncrowd.com --the food is amazing! Geyland Serai is basically a marketplace with stands including clothing and household goods, a `dry` market with dried foods and spices, a `wet` market with seafood, meats and veggies, a walkway with pre-prepared and fried foods and in the back a wonderful food-court with stall after stall of flavorful, interesting and cheap Malay foods.
Favorite Dish: Stall 200`s beef rendang and ayam korma, hands down. Plus a roti from the other end of the food market. Check out the inn crowd`s webpage for more info.
