    Getting TO/AROUND: Once you get to Bamberg, however that may be (buses in Germany are relatively inexpensive), getting around town on your own two feet is probably the easiest way to get around, especially in the Altstadt (old town).

    The Altstadt is a 15 minute walk from the bus/train station and portions of the Altstadt are pedestian zones.
